Recently I finished construction on Personal with the addition of a playlist. There's 175 songs in total, all taken from video games that I like. You'll notice that includes a lot of Megami Tensei and Final Fantasy.
With that done I was able to add a rinky-dink news ticker type thing to post updates on the site so things are a bit clearer. To be clear, I don't believe that there's anyone regularly visiting my site nor that anyone has fully explored the site but I still want everything to be in proper order. It's less about meeting the needs of the visitors and more making sure the carpet is rolled out and the fine china's at the table for anyone who does want to enter. I don't want to give supply to meet the demand, I just want my cozy home to meet whatever needs a guest might have. It might be the same thing but that difference means a lot to me.
Currently there's a lot more I'd like to do on the site before I even begin filling out the KTP section (the original core conceit of my site) or posting stories. For now, I'll just keep doing my best.
Making a Neocities has been a lot of work and a lot of fun. I know a lot lot more about coding now (going from knowing literally nothing about it to knowing something about it is still growth!) and I look forward to getting to code now!
As an aside, if the music isn't working for you then pause it then press play. Additionally the music in Personal sometimes doesn't override the music from the index so just reload the page there to make it pop up!
