Altered
Recently I've become more aware of my hands, like, they're always present in my mind when they're in view. Which can be kind of agitating.
I don't have a greater point to make from this but it does bug me somewhat.
It's been going on for a few days now and it's been somehow unsettling. I've never been too in love with my hands (though my hands clearly love me), and sure I'd even go so far as to say that I'm insecure about them.
But I've never been taunted by them or anything of the sort. It's just an odd thing.
By pure coincidence I recieved an offer to alter my hands to some degree and accepted, it's been such a strange joy. My hands remain in view and in my mind but it's a far more pleasing thing now.
