Sumisu climbs the corner post and raises his arms above his head. He's found the answer, defeated Saeba, claimed the love of his life, took vengeance for Wakamoto and his rival and won the world championships.

The crowd's cheers stops and become frightened gasps as they looked on, seeing that he became as pale as a ghost. The two Saeba's plead with him, calling out his name to return to the world of the living.

Everyone present instinctually knows that this is the end of Morio Sumisu.

Reiko pleads that she never got to become a good woman for him, never got to touch him or speak warmly to him and cries out his name. Sumisu claims that he never truly found the answer and that he's fine with that as his will shall be carried on by all those who watch. He only wishes that more people understood. He gives his final farewells to the Saeba's and prays that he can be a pro wrestler again in the next life. Morio ends his speech by saying that he wants to watch over everyone and that they're coming to get him.
