In the last chapter Sumisu found his answer but I think this is the chapter were he finally realizes the question. If the Red Zone battle with Saeba is the answer then the foul "evil illusion" that is Dick Slender is the question. Sumisu doesn't see the purpose in fighting with Slender which shows just how much love he sees in pro wrestling but says that he will do it anyway since defeating him will be defeating the illusory era that people like Dick Slender have created.

Mid match the world fades bright white and Sumisu finds himself talking to all those who have departed whether from life or from the world of the mat. He gives a final goodbye to his angel, Reiko and says that he's struggling to even keep his eyes open as Thanatos calls out to him. The fight then continues on against Dick Slender!

Sumisu wins with a somber look on his face. Sorrowful music plays as the crowd watches.
